Chest, Waist and Hip are full circumference. If you measure a shirt laid flat, double the flat width.

How to measure

Instruction: Button up the shirt and lay it on a hard surface while making sure that there are no wrinkles on the shirt. Refer to the provided examples below.

Collar is measured on your neck. Chest, Waist, Hip, Shoulder, Sleeve and Back Length are measured on a shirt that already fits you well.

Step 01

Collar

Place your finger right under Adam's apple and then measure your whole neck round.

Step 02

Chest

Edge-to-edge measurement from the top of the seam under the armhole.

Step 03

Waist

Take measurements from the narrowest part of the shirt as explained.

Step 04

Hip / Bottom

Take measurements from the right bottom edge to the left bottom edge.

Step 05

Back Length

From the lower edge of the collar band to the longest point downwards.

Step 06

Sleeve Length

From the upper edge of the shoulder seam to the edge of the cuff.

Step 07

Shoulder Width

From the right upper seam of the shoulder to the left seam. Do not stretch.

Sizing questions

I'm between two sizes. Which one should I pick?

Go up to the larger size. A little extra room is easier to fix than a shirt that feels tight. If you prefer a closer cut, choose the Slim fit instead of a smaller collar. Use Find my size above to see the match for all three fits.

How do I measure a shirt that already fits me?

Button the shirt and lay it flat on a hard surface with no wrinkles. Measure Chest, Waist and Hip straight across from edge to edge, then double each number to get the full circumference shown in our chart. Shoulder, Sleeve and Back Length are measured as they are. Collar is your own neck measurement. Step-by-step pictures are in the How to measure section above.

How accurate are the measurements?

Expect about 0.5 inch (1.3 cm) of variation, because different fabrics behave differently.

My size is not on the chart. What can I do?

Relaxed Fit goes up to a 22" collar. For any other size, open the shirt designer and choose Create a size to enter your own measurements, or contact us and we will help you.

What if my shirt does not fit?

Contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will alter or remake it for you and cover the shipping, free of charge. Your first order in each category (Shirts, Trousers, Jackets) includes up to one remake, and your final size is saved for future orders. We do not offer refunds; we fix the fit instead.
