Production & Shipping Policy
At Foberry, every garment is made with care and attention to detail. Most of our products are crafted only after an order is placed, allowing us to focus on quality, fit, and personalization rather than mass production.
Production Process
Unlike traditional retailers that keep large inventories, we produce garments based on customer orders. This approach allows us to tailor each piece according to your selected size, preferences, and customization options.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, our team reviews the details and contacts you if size confirmation or additional information is required. We may reach out via email, WhatsApp, or phone to ensure everything is correct before production begins.
To avoid sizing issues, production will only begin once the required measurements or size details have been confirmed.
Returning Customers
For first-time orders, our team may contact you to confirm your size, measurements, and garment specifications before production begins. This additional step helps us ensure the best possible fit and minimizes the chances of alterations or remakes.
Once your measurements and preferred fit have been successfully established, future orders become much simpler. If you place another order using the same size profile and no changes have been requested, we will proceed directly to production without requiring an additional size confirmation.
If you would like to update your measurements, adjust your fit preferences, or make changes to a previously saved size profile, simply let us know before production begins and our team will be happy to assist.
Production Timeline
After size confirmation, your garment enters production. Most orders are completed within 3 to 7 business days, although larger orders or garments with extensive customization may require additional time.
Quality Inspection
Before shipment, every garment undergoes a final quality inspection. Our team carefully checks the fit specifications, stitching, fabric, finishing, and overall construction to ensure the garment meets our standards before it leaves our workshop.

United States
After production and size confirmation, most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs processing, and courier operations. Customers in remote locations may experience slightly longer transit times.
International Orders
For destinations outside the United States, delivery times generally range from 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the courier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the parcel has been shipped.
Rush Orders
If you need your garment sooner than our standard delivery timeline, please contact our Customer Care team immediately after placing your order.
Depending on the garment, production schedule, and shipping destination, we may be able to prioritize your order and arrange expedited shipping. Additional charges may apply for rush production and express delivery services.
Request for Address Change
Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually update your delivery address without any issue. Please contact us as soon as possible through email or phone with your updated information.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, address changes may be limited by the courier's policies. We will do our best to assist with rerouting the shipment whenever possible, although additional carrier charges may apply.
