Returns and Resolution Policy

At Foberry, our mission is to craft bespoke garments that reflect your individuality, style, and measurements with precision. We take great care in ensuring that every piece we deliver is a masterpiece. However, if the garment you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, we are committed to resolving the issue efficiently and with no questions asked.

1. Returns and Alteration Requests

If, for any reason, our crafted garment does not meet your expectations, Foberry will take full responsibility for rectifying the issue. Whether it’s a minor adjustment or a complete remake, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's how we handle returns and alterations:

Conditions for a Successful Return or Alteration

To ensure a smooth resolution, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The garment must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with no signs of wear, stains, or damage.
  • No Alterations by Third Parties: The garment must not have been altered by anyone other than Foberry.

If these conditions are satisfied, we will proceed with the necessary adjustments or a new garment remake. Please note: Incorrect measurements or changes requested by the customer cannot be claimed for a refund or exchange, since customer satisfaction is our utmost priority we will remake the garment and send it to you.

 

2. After the 10-Day Period

If you reach out to us after the 10-day window, you will still be eligible for alterations or remakes; however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs on both ends—sending the garment back to us and receiving the adjusted piece.

 

3. Exchanges and Stock Availability

Exchanges are subject to fabric and stock availability. In cases where the exact fabric or style is no longer available, we will work with you to offer a suitable alternative.

4. One Remake Per Category

For your first order in each garment category (Shirts, Trousers, Jackets), you are eligible for up to one remake to ensure the perfect fit. While we strive to achieve the right fit in one attempt, we allow these remakes to guarantee your satisfaction. After we finalize your size for the first time, it will be saved in our system to ensure flawless crafting of future garments without the need for further adjustments.

5. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

Enjoy free shipping on orders for $150 and above. Anything you order that has the total order value of $150 will have no shipping cost. 

Shipping cost for one shirt is $20

Shipping cost for one pair of trousers is $10

Shipping cost for one jacket is $25

We value your convenience and satisfaction at Foberry. Therefore, we will bear the entire cost of returns and alterations, provided you contact us within the first 10 days after receiving your order. This includes:

Alteration or Remake: We will either alter the existing garment or craft a new one, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping: Once the garment is ready, we will ship the altered or new garment back to you free of charge.

After the 10-day period, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for both the return and the delivery of the altered garment.

 

6. Quality Assurance Commitment

Foberry’s Quality Assurance Department carefully inspects every garment before it is packaged and shipped to you, ensuring there are no stains, defects, or irregularities. However, we acknowledge that imperfections may occasionally go unnoticed. In such cases, rest assured that we will resolve any issues swiftly and with no added cost to you.

7. Refund Policy

At Foberry, we work closely with each client to ensure the garment meets their expectations, which is why we do not offer refunds. Instead, we focus on remaking or altering the garment to perfection, ensuring you are completely satisfied with the final product.

8. Incorrect Measurements or Customer Changes

If incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, or if changes are requested after the garment has been crafted, these cannot be claimed for a refund or exchange. However, because your satisfaction is our utmost priority, we will work with you to make all possible alterations/remake to ensure a proper fit.
