How to order a new shirt with the same measurement and designs used before?
~You can directly log into your account at https://www.foberry.com/account/login and view your previous design and size selection or you can email us at hello@foberry.com or WhatsApp us at +13072255608 and let our staff help you while you sit at ease and enjoy your day.
How can I make changes in the already placed order?
~You can directly write an email along with the order number to our customer services department at hello@foberry.com or WhatsApp us at +13072255608, and let us know about the changes you want to make. Please make sure that your order is not already dispatched or in the production process. Our team will inform you as soon as we get your response.
How do I order a gift for my loved one?
~You can add another delivery address in your logged-in profile and let our staff know in the notes section while placing the order or you can always email us at hello@foberry.com or WhatsApp us at +13072255608. The gifts can be customized as per your desire.
What are the methods of payment?
~Foberry uses Stripe Merchant account that has one of the most secure payment gateway. Payments can be made via debit cards, credit cards, and all channels that support stripe payment.
There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
~It is unlikely for such an event to happen. But if there is an item missing, it is possible that the item is dispatched later than the first one and will arrive in its estimated time through a new parcel. You can always contact our customer support at hello@foberry.com and get assistance.
How long does it take for an order to deliver?
~ For US and EU, standard shipping time is 14 working days and we sincerely try to ensure that your order is delivered earlier than the estimated delivery time. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched from our production centre along with the airway bill number / consignment number. While placing your order on national holidays, please consider the uncontrollable delay due to the holidays. For bespoke orders, please allow extra 2-3 days for shipping.

How should I take care of the fabric?
~We deliver a luxurious fabric that goes well with the home laundry. Tumble dryer is not recommended but keep the heat under 30 degrees. Iron should be used with a medium heat level to get the best look and feel. Iron inside-out of the garment to ensure a long premium look!
How can I track my order?
~An online tracking number will be provided to you once the order is dispatched and you can check the shipment status via "track your Shipment" tab on our website of from logistics company’s online portal.
