How can I make changes in the already placed order?
~You can directly write an email along with the order number to our customer services department at [email protected] and let us know about the changes you want to make. Please make sure that your order is not already dispatched or in the production process. Our team will inform you as soon as we get your response.
 What's the difference between slim fit, smart fit, and relaxed fit shirts?
~Slim Fit: A close-to-body fit with a tapered waist and slimmer sleeves for a sharp, modern silhouette. Designed for men who prefer a sleek appearance. Best suited for lean and athletic body types.
~Smart Fit: A balanced fit that is neither too slim nor too loose, offering comfort with a clean, tailored look. Provides extra ease around the midsection without appearing oversized. Ideal for lean builds as well as those with a slight belly.
~Relaxed Fit: A classic, roomier fit similar to traditional regular-fit shirts. Designed with additional space through the chest and waist for all-day comfort and easy movement. Best suited for men who prefer a classic silhouette or have a fuller midsection.

How do I order a gift for my loved one?
~You can add another delivery address in your logged-in profile and let our staff know in the notes section while placing the order, or you can always email us at [email protected]. The gifts can be customized as per your desire.

What are the methods of payment?
~Foberry uses a Shopify Payments account that has one of the most secure payment gateways. Payments can be made via debit cards, credit cards, and all channels that support Shopify Payments.

There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
~It is unlikely for such an event to happen. But if there is an item missing, it is possible that the item is dispatched later than the first one and will arrive within its estimated time through a new parcel. You can always contact our customer support at [email protected] and get assistance.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
~ For US and EU, standard shipping time is 14 working days, and we sincerely try to ensure that your order is delivered earlier than the estimated delivery time. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched from our production centre along with the airway bill number/consignment number. While placing your order on national holidays, please consider the uncontrollable delay due to the holidays. For bespoke orders, please allow an extra 2-3 days for shipping. We at Foberry make sure that your order is dispatched accurately and in a timely manner.
How should I take care of the fabric?
~We deliver a luxurious fabric that goes well with home laundry. A tumble dryer is not recommended, but keep the heat under 30 degrees. Iron should be used with a medium heat level to get the best look and feel. Iron inside-out of the garment to ensure a long, premium look!
How can I track my order?
~An online tracking number will be provided to you once the order is dispatched, and you can check the shipment status via the " Track Your Shipment" tab on our website or from the logistics company’s online portal.
What if I don’t like the fit of my custom garment?
~ Your satisfaction is our priority. If your first garment doesn't fit as expected, we offer one complimentary alteration or remake to help achieve the right fit. Our team will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final result meets the standards you expect from a made-to-measure Foberry garment.
